You can add your favorite protein – try roasted chicken, sauteed spicy Italian sausage or chorizo, or grilled salmon. Or for a vegetarian version, add grilled zucchini and/or eggplant, and toss with our Roasted Garlic EVOO or Herbs de Naples EVOO (you can also add any of our Parmesan Cheese flavors – they are vegan).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water; stir. After water boils, cook per instructions below or until desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain, toss immediately with your favorite sauce or olive oil.
