If you’re a meat lover, try browning sweet Italian sausage, add grilled eggplant (chopped), toss with Bacon EVOO and freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and top with cripsy prosciutto. Any of our herbal and Italian-style EVOO would work great with this versatile pasta.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water; stir. After water boils, cook per instructions below or until desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain, toss immediately with your favorite sauce or olive oil.
