The spray cap is made from plastic. It should last many refills. You can recycle the cap with #5 plastics.
-The all-purpose spray can get very frothy when you pour it into the bottle. Minimize this by tipping the bottle to the side and letting the liquid run down the side of the bottle.
-A few pumps should be enough to cut through grease and give you a nice foamy feel.
