Blend half-and-half into the butter, add finely grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, with salt and pepper. Or simply add your favorite Alfredo sauce. This pasta is perfectly paired with any of our herbal EVOOs (Basil, Rosemary, Oregano, etc.) – or for a pop of garlic flavor, toss with our Roasted or Fresh Garlic EVOO.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water; stir. After water boils, cook per instructions below or until desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain, toss immediately with your favorite sauce or olive oil.
